Torn's API terms ask every tool to state these five things.

Data storage

Responses are cached under an hour. Your activity log (money, gambling and crime entries) and hourly snapshots of your stats and networth are kept for as long as you use the site, for the P&L, Crimes and Progress pages, plus your latest Gym page inputs (battle stats, energy and happy, active gym, perks, Xanax and Ecstasy counts), one row overwritten each visit. Sign out and ask on the feedback page to have them deleted. Separately, the site keeps public bazaar listings and public profile status of bazaar sellers, read with the owner's key, for up to three days.

Data sharing

Nobody. If you opt in to lend your key on the Account page, the item-market prices it fetches go into the shared price history, with nothing about your account. On the Hit list page, the public hospital status of listed targets that your key checks is shared with other visitors.

Key storage and sharing

Not stored on our side – kept only in your browser cookie. Shared with FFScouter only for fair-fight lookups, and only if you registered it there. Lending only: encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on the server until you revoke it.
